Welcome to Dezipher. By downloading, accessing, or using the Dezipher mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the App.
Dezipher is an independent product discovery platform — a search and comparison tool — that helps users find affordable alternatives inspired by luxury fashion and lifestyle products. Dezipher does not manufacture, sell, or distribute any products. All purchases are made directly through third-party retailer websites. Dezipher functions solely as a discovery and comparison tool that links to legally sold products from established retailers.
Dezipher is NOT affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or connected to any luxury brand, designer, manufacturer, or retailer mentioned or depicted in the App. All brand names, trademarks, and trade dress are the property of their respective owners and are used solely for identification and comparison purposes under nominative fair use.
Dezipher does not promote, link to, or facilitate the sale of counterfeit goods. All products featured in the App are legally manufactured and sold by their respective retailers. The alternatives shown are independently produced products — not replicas, knockoffs, or counterfeits of any brand.
You must be at least 13 years old to use the App. If you are under 18, you represent that your parent or legal guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms on your behalf. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.
You may create an account using your email address and password. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

Dezipher displays product information including prices, images, and descriptions sourced from third-party retailers. We do NOT guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any product information. Prices and availability are subject to change without notice and are determined by the respective retailers. Dezipher is not a retailer and does not sell any products directly. All purchases are made through third-party retailer websites.
Dezipher does not claim that any alternative product is identical to, manufactured by, endorsed by, or equivalent in quality or materials to any original brand product. Style comparisons are based on visual appearance and category — not on claims of equivalent quality, materials, construction, or performance. The term "inspired by" refers to visual or stylistic similarity only.
Dezipher participates in affiliate marketing programs, including the Amazon Associates Program and Awin (including ShareASale). When you click on product links and make purchases through third-party retailers, Dezipher may earn a commission at no additional cost to you.
This affiliate revenue is how we keep the App running and free to use. Affiliate relationships do NOT influence which products are displayed, how they are ranked, or the prices shown. Product selection is based solely on style relevance and value to our users.
Affiliate relationships are disclosed in accordance with FTC guidelines. As an Amazon Associate, Dezipher earns from qualifying purchases. Dezipher also earns commissions through the Awin affiliate program when users purchase from participating retailers.
All content created by Dezipher — including but not limited to the App design, user interface, original text, graphics, logos, icons, and software — is owned by Dezipher and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our App or included content without express written permission.
Third-party trademarks, brand names, and product images belong to their respective owners. Their appearance in the App does not imply endorsement of Dezipher or its services. Product images are displayed pursuant to affiliate program agreements (e.g., Amazon Associates Operating Agreement).
Dezipher references third-party brand names solely to identify products for comparison purposes, consistent with the nominative fair use doctrine. Specifically: (a) the brand names are used only where necessary to identify the original product for comparison, (b) no more of the mark is used than is reasonably necessary for identification, and (c) the use does not suggest sponsorship, endorsement, or affiliation with the trademark holder. Dezipher does not use any brand's logos, trade dress, or proprietary design elements.

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. DEZIPHER DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS. YOUR USE OF THE APP IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, DEZIPHER AND ITS OWNERS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE APP, REGARDLESS OF THE THEORY OF LIABILITY. IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR DEZIPHER PRO IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR $50, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Dezipher and its owners, officers, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to your use of the App, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third party's rights.
Dezipher respects intellectual property rights. If you believe that content on the App infringes your copyright, please submit a DMCA takedown notice to:

We will respond to valid DMCA notices promptly and may remove or disable access to allegedly infringing content.
Dezipher respects the intellectual property of all brand owners. If you are a brand owner or authorized representative and believe that your brand is being referenced inaccurately or inappropriately in the App, we want to hear from you.

We review all brand owner inquiries and aim to respond within 5 business days. Where appropriate, we will promptly remove or modify the content in question. Providing a clear complaint process is part of our commitment to operating transparently and in good faith with all brand owners.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including ownership, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the App shall be resolved in the courts of competent jurisdiction.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to the App. Your continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.
